June – One of the most beautiful months of the year to get married. Larissa and Silvan have chosen a perfect summer day for their wedding. Sunny, warm but not too hot. The Ceremony in the church of Uster was a welcome cool down to those summer temperatures outside.
I already had a couple shooting at Oeschinensee with Larissa and Silvan and I was happy that they chose me to be their wedding photographer after their engagement. With their loyal and friendly nature, they have won my heart over. During our preperation meetings I was able to get to know their cooking skills. My recommendation: Get invited to dinner!
But let’s go back to their wedding day. I love to accompany the bride and groom during the preparations. The emotions are most honest before the wedding ceremony. Especially those moments with the bridesmaids while dressing the bride. It helps everyone to calm down before the wedding. Both of them wanted to have a „first look“. It is such a precious moment when the bride and the groom see each other for the first time in their wedding dresses.
With balloons, the wedding company rang the new chapter of the newlywed couple in front of the church doors. As a wedding photographer, I have the privilege of accompanying the couple from the first encounter to the very last party sound. As a storyteller, every wedding is unique to me. Although the traditions are more or less the same, I still think there is so much room for personal stories.
